  • Yes. We offer free, no-obligation quotations. We will visit the property, assess the roof properly, and explain what work is needed before providing a clear price.

  • We specialise in pitched roofing only. This includes tiled and slated roofs, leadwork, heritage roofing, roof windows, and associated timber work. We do not carry out flat roofing, except for traditional lead roofs.

  • Yes. A large part of our work involves older and period properties. This includes heritage repairs and restoration using traditional materials and methods that suit the age and character of the building.

  • Yes. We carry out everything from small tile repairs to full re-roofs. No job is too small if it needs doing properly.

  • Yes. We regularly work with local builders on extensions and new build projects, providing pitched roofing, leadwork, and roof windows as part of the build.

  • We work with clay tiles, concrete tiles, natural slate, lead, and traditional roofing materials. We also install Velux roof windows and sun tunnels where required.

  • Yes. We carry out lead flashing, valleys, and traditional lead details, as well as chimney repairs and associated roofing work.

  • Availability depends on the type and size of the job. Smaller repairs can often be scheduled sooner, while larger projects may need booking further ahead. It is always best to get in touch early to discuss timing.

A bit about Terry Keeling…

Around 20 years ago, I was a labourer in the building trade when roofer, Peter Noble, needed an extra hand. I was ready for a change, so I joined Peter and never looked back. Over 15 years, I learned the roofing trade inside out. When he retired, he passed the business on to me.

At first, taking over was a challenge, but with time my confidence grew, and I came to love the work even more. I inherited a solid reputation from our years of work together, and my priority has always been to uphold and build upon that.

I take pride in doing every job right and constantly look for ways to improve. As Suffolk Roofing Services grows, we continue to handle new builds, repairs, restoration, and heritage work—where that attention to detail always stands out.
